Zero common sense
Look at the picture below. I saw this sign on the road on my way to El Paso, Texas this last weekend.
And here is my comment. If, as the sign reads, there is “zero visibility possible”, would you still be able to see the sign?
In other words, do you really need a sign to tell you there is “zero visibility” when you can’t see a single thing? I mean, if you can’t see anything you already know there is zero visibility!
